The stack behind the products we ship
What we build
Nine capabilities that usually live in nine different vendors. We keep them under one plan — so the design, the code and the silicon are decided together, not in sequence.
Custom web apps, multi-tenant SaaS, admin dashboards, CRMs, ERPs and internal tools — built around the person who opens them every morning.
Native iOS & Android and cross-platform apps with device pairing, offline behaviour and clean store releases that pass review the first time.
Applied AI that decides, not just displays — GPT / Claude / Gemini integration, RAG, agents, computer vision, OCR and document intelligence.
REST and GraphQL APIs, scalable cloud architecture and the DevOps to ship it — on AWS, Azure, GCP or Firebase, containerised and observable.
The part most software teams can't do: custom PCBs, C/C++ firmware, sensor integration and edge AI on real silicon — designed to be manufactured.
Precision 3D design for engineering, manufacturing and visualisation — models built to real tolerances, ready for CNC, 3D printing or tooling.
Once it is built, the right people have to find it. Technical SEO, performance campaigns and content — measured against leads and sales, not impressions.
Marketplaces, booking, FinTech, healthcare, logistics, e-commerce and POS — domain-shaped products with the compliance and scale they demand.
Research, wireframes, interactive prototypes and design systems that make complex operator tools feel effortless — not just demo-pretty.
macOS, Windows and cross-platform Electron applications for teams that need real desktop power, not a browser tab.
Long-term technical partnership: feature development, store deployment, performance and security hardening at a predictable monthly cost.
Why teams choose us
Most product failures happen at a handover — design to engineering, software to hardware, launch to maintenance. We're organised to make those seams disappear.
The expensive failures in digital products happen at the seam between disciplines. Design, software and hardware sit in the same review here.
Working units and release candidates early, so decisions are made against something real instead of a slide.
We build the version that survives your fiftieth thousand user — clean data models, observability and staged releases from day one.
Dedicated AI engineers deploying LLMs, RAG and edge vision in production — not bolted-on wrappers, but systems that make decisions.
An engineer reads your brief, not a form queue. Clear scope, honest trade-offs, and a reply within one working day.
Role-based access, audit trails, secure firmware update paths and data handling built to stand up to an audit.
Current frameworks and platforms chosen for the next five years of the product, not the last five.
Most clients stay on a maintenance retainer. We optimise for the second year of the relationship, not the invoice.
Selected work
Each is a genuine class of product we deliver. Detailed case studies available under NDA.
Retrofit sensor nodes, a gateway that logs through outages, and a dashboard with threshold alerts to the supervisor's phone.
A Jetson station beside the conveyor runs the model on-device — pass/fail in milliseconds, keeping only images of rejects.
Custom PCB, enclosure, OTA firmware, the pairing flow, the mobile app and the cloud behind it — plus a pilot batch.
One web panel with role-based access, scheduling and an action log — replacing a drawer of single-purpose apps.
Sealed multi-sensor loggers, excursion alerts and one-click export of a signed report for any date range.
A device-management layer with fleet grouping and staged OTA releases, migrated without taking the fleet offline.
Live builds
Not screenshots and not case-study prose — these are the real production bundles, running in your browser. Click any one and use it: routing, cart state, filters, booking flow, animation, the lot.
Calm, editorial, generous whitespace and thin gold hairlines. GSAP entrance timeline with parallax product imagery, a custom cursor, Lenis smooth scroll and a draggable before/after slider.
Near-black UI carrying luminous rose-gold and deep-purple accents. Spotlight gradients, floating particles, glassmorphic panels and a scroll-driven customer-stories section.
Sage and forest greens over cream and clay. Drifting leaf particles, an interactive ingredients panel, an AM/PM routine timeline and a full reduced-motion path for everything that moves.
The loud end of the range: neon gradients, morphing blobs, marquee strips and springy micro-interactions. Same commerce core as the other three, tuned for a different audience entirely.
An ecommerce app and an appointment-booking app running side by side in phone frames — independent routers, query clients and stores, sharing one design system through scoped CSS variables.
Maroon, gold and cream: premium restaurant polish over an authentic dhaba identity. Hero, signature dishes, menu, gallery, catering, reservations and testimonials in one scroll, with SEO, sitemap and robots wired in.
Our own marketing arm, badged as TheGradleW throughout, on an electric indigo-to-cyan palette over near-black. Custom cursor, loader, case studies, FAQ and contact flow — hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework at all, and it still ships in 123 KB.
Warm saffron and cream over a trust-first structure: live fundraising goal, animated impact counters, an audited “where your ₹100 goes” chart and a donation calculator that names exactly what each amount buys.
Deep forest canopy over sand. A canvas leaf-fall hero, a clickable geotagged site dashboard with per-plot survival data, and an adopt-a-grove slider that recomputes CO₂, groundwater, hectares and paid work days live.
Editorial plum and gold. A filterable nine-course catalogue with live search and animated layout transitions, feeding straight into an enrolment form that pre-selects whichever trade you tapped.
A working messaging client, not a mock-up. Teachers mark the daily register in the conversation, the assistant flags children heading for dropout, and the 15 learning methods sit in the same thread. Light and dark, and the register survives a refresh.
Our five services explained without jargon, then turned into something usable: pick what you need, say roughly how big, and get a timeline, a team, a phase-by-phase plan and an indicative budget band. Every claim links to a build on this page as evidence. Has a Plain English / Technical switch for whoever is in the room.
The largest build here: expenses with approval chains, reimbursements, budgets, donations, grants, transactions, projects, vendors, employees and beneficiaries, plus three report suites and a full audit log. Dashboard with live charts, command palette, dark mode. TypeScript throughout, and the whole thing is code-split so it still loads fast.
Drag deals between stages and the board, KPIs and weighted forecast all recompute. Sortable deal table, detail drawer with activity timeline and notes, reporting by stage, source and owner. Persists in the browser, so it survives a refresh.
Near-black with gold, cut through with purple, cyan and magenta neon. Cocktail menu, table reservations, events and gallery — the loud end of hospitality, built as plain JavaScript with no framework.
Emerald and sand with gold detailing. Rooms and suites, spa treatments, dining, experiences and an enquiry flow — the calm, high-trust end of travel, and it ships in well under 100 KB.
Navy, gold and cream: the institutional register done properly. Faculties, admissions, campus life, research and alumni, structured the way a prospective student actually reads a university site.
Bright blue and yellow, pitched at parents rather than students. Curriculum by stage, facilities, admissions process, fees and enquiry — warm where the university site is formal.
18 real itineraries with day-by-day plans, inclusions and hotel tables. Search, six-way filtering and sort, a five-step booking flow with live price breakdown and validation, then a customer dashboard with vouchers, invoices, cancellation and saved tours. Bookings persist in the browser.
Fleet browsing with comparison, service tiers, transparent pricing tables, a quote widget and a full booking path — aimed at rental businesses running everything from hatchbacks to 45-seat coaches.
Navy and gold, positioned at the premium end: curated packages, experience storytelling and enquiry-led conversion rather than instant checkout.
The aggregator shape: one search across four inventory types, with category browsing and comparison. For a business that sells more than one kind of travel product from a single front door.
Tour booking, vehicle rental and travel experiences — 45 screens across three complete apps, running inside a realistic phone frame on a desktop page. Previous/Next and a screen rail drive the demo, and presentation mode dims the page down to just the device for a client meeting.
Learning-centre management, field programme delivery and donor & volunteer engagement — 45 screens across three complete apps. Three-tap attendance, an offline sync queue with a visible upload state, 80G receipts and volunteer shifts. Same phone frame and presentation mode as the travel showcase.
School attendance taken by a tablet on the wall outside the classroom. Students are recognised as they walk in and marked without touching anything; the class teacher sees fifty roll numbers as a colour-coded grid and fixes what the tablet missed in two taps; the centre head reads every class and teacher by day, week or year from one control. Shown in a phone mockup that runs the real build, so you can tap through it rather than watch screenshots.
A single-page site for a portable breast-screening device: the problem, the gap in the market, how the device works, an interactive impact calculator, who it serves, the business model and the team — ending in one contact form. Long-scroll storytelling rather than a brochure, built to be read by a clinician and a funder in the same sitting.

In their words
Placeholder quotes — real, attributed client testimonials will replace these.
They treated our firmware and our app as one product, not two contracts. The pairing flow just worked on the first pilot units.
FAQ
If yours isn't here, send it in your brief — an engineer will answer it directly.
Digital products, end to end: web and SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI systems, cloud backends — and, when the product needs it, the custom hardware and firmware beneath. Most software teams stop at the API; we can take a product from a breadboard to the app store.
Startups, enterprises and product teams — from a napkin sketch to a fleet in the field. One team, concept to production.
